Chicago, IL (March 6, 2023) – A car crash in Chicago on the night of March 5 required an emergency dispatch. Police and EMTs were sent to the incident scene shortly before 9:30 p.m. to render aid and investigate. 

Sources report the wreck happened in Hyde Park on South Lake Park Avenue. A vehicle was seen on its roof at the crash scene. Various emergency vehicles were seen parked nearby, including police cruisers and ambulances. 

The number of injured victims has not been reported to the public. Police are working to determine the cause of the collision. 

The scene blocked the roadway for some time on Monday night. Traffic delays ensued in the area for some time as a result.
