Chicago, IL (October 21, 2022) – The Chicago Police Department was called to an accident involving two vehicles on the Wolf Road exit ramp from Interstate 290 on Friday night, October 21st.

On the I-290/Eisenhower Inbound near Wolf Road, police began their investigation at around 8:10 p.m. There were reportedly huge delays that extended back to St. Charles Road, and police and paramedics were sent to the scene to investigate and treat any injuries. There was a vehicle fire caused by the initial collision, and Chicago Fire Rescue crews put it out.

There is no official count of casualties, but at least two persons were seen being transported to the hospital via news footage.

However, there have been no updates from the police.
