Chicago’s Rate of Fatal Accidents
Each year, left-turning and inattentive driving account for the vast majority of junction events reported to the Federal Highway Administration (FHA). Data show that almost half of all automobile accidents happen at intersections. This kind of mishap occurs more often than rear-end collisions.
There are a lot of traffic accidents in Cook County, and they tend to cluster near busy intersections. More than a quarter of all traffic accidents in the state of Illinois take place in and around the Chicago metropolitan region, according to data compiled by the state.
No of what led to the accident, the victims and their families are responsible for covering the costs associated with the harm caused by the carelessness of others. Those who are directly impacted by these tragic occurrences may feel helpless in the face of severe psychological stress and expensive medical expenditures.
