Our deepest condolences go out to the deceased victim’s family. Our thoughts are with the injured victims in hopes of their complete recovery.

Motorcycle Accidents in Illinois

Accidents involving motorcycles are far too common in Illinois, particularly in densely populated cities such as Chicago. As a result, these accidents frequently cause severe injuries or fatalities. According to the most recent data compiled by the Illinois Department of Transportation, approximately 80% of motorcycle incidents result in severe injuries.

More than thirty percent of injured motorcyclists sustain incapacitating injuries that require months or even years to recover from. Sadly, many motorcyclists die as a consequence of injuries sustained in collisions such as this. Motorcycles have significantly fewer preventive and defensive safety features than passenger vehicles, making riders more susceptible to road hazards.

When these individuals are killed in an accident that was not their fault, their bereft family members are forced to endure extreme mental distress as well as substantial financial repercussions. Thankfully, if you or a loved one were injured in a motorcycle accident caused by another party’s negligence or if a family member was killed, you might have recourse in the future.
