Chicago, IL (August 13, 2022) – Several law enforcement units were sent out on Saturday night, August 13, after two automobiles collided on a major multi-lane highway in the Chicago region.
The Chicago Police Department was called to the I-94 Inbound and Cottage Grove Avenue area at around 5:40 p.m., and officers responded shortly after. Two cars collided in the left three lanes, producing severe congestion that eventually led to the closure of the whole roadway. Near the broader Chicago metropolitan area, emergency medical services purportedly sent one patient to a hospital.
