At this time, our sympathies are with the wounded victims and their families.

Chicago’s Automobile Accident Rate

The Windy City is a major tourist attraction and also the third largest metropolis in the United States, with three million residents. Each year, hundreds of car accidents are caused by Chicago’s excessive traffic, risking the lives of drivers and passengers.

Notwithstanding the coronavirus epidemic, stay-at-home orders, and increased social isolation, traffic-related fatalities continued to increase. The Illinois Department of Transportation projects that by 2020, speeding will have substantially risen, placing more motorists in danger.

Regrettably, many lives have been lost on urban roadways due to intoxicated drivers, speeders, and careless drivers.

Hence, persons injured in automobile collisions who were not at fault are in a more dangerous situation. In the majority of situations, they must additionally cover their own medical expenses. It is feasible that the psychological effect of such an occurrence might be as devastating as the physical and monetary losses.

Any of the conditions listed below must be completed prior to filing a lawsuit. Immediately contact a Chicago automobile accident attorney if you or a loved one has been injured in an accident that was not your fault.

In Illinois, a victim may claim compensation if their injuries were caused by the carelessness or negligence of another motorist. Hiring an attorney as soon as feasible is one of the most effective strategies for drivers who have caused accidents to collect financial damages from their insurance.

  • "Excellent Law Firm!"

I cannot recommend D&W Law Group enough. From the moment I met the team, I felt confident that I was in good hands. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. My attorneys fought the insurance company, and we settled my case without having to go to court. Excellent law firm!

  • "Great Settlement"

When I had my accident, the insurance company dragged its feet. I tried to handle the case on my own. I am so glad I decided to hire D&W Law Group. They kept my case moving, and I was awarded a great settlement. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do I will call them.
