Chicago, IL – Multi-Driver Crash, Injuries on I-294 at Stevenson Expy & Archer Ave

Chicago, IL (February 26, 2023) – On Sunday afternoon, February 26, police units were sent to the scene of a car accident that had occurred on a highway in the Chicago region.
The Chicago Police Department was alerted at 3:50 p.m., and officers reached the scene on I-294 shortly thereafter. A two-car accident occurred just before the exit to Interstate 55/the Stevenson Expressway and Archer Avenue, per the Chicago PD. One person was taken by ambulance to the hospital after they sustained injuries in the wreck, but their current condition is unknown.
