Reports of Fatalities and Serious Injuries in Chicago Automobile Crashes

According to official records, around 67,000 vehicle accidents occurred in Illinois, resulting in at least 94,000 injuries. In addition, over 975 individuals were killed due to 950 tragic events. Officials further said that the bulk of deadly accidents was caused by cars colliding with immovable objects, inebriated or drugged drivers, and excessive speed.

Unfortunately, these and other types of traffic events are all too common in and around Cook County, with the bulk happening at heavily used intersections. And according to the most recent state data, over one-fourth of all vehicle accidents in Illinois occur in the metropolitan region of Chicago.

The victims of avoidable traffic accidents who are injured owing to the carelessness of others bear the consequences. Regardless of the outcome of the incident, this holds true. In addition to mounting medical expenditures, gruesome physical injuries, and other financial problems, sufferers must also deal with the stress and agony of mental suffering.

If you or a family member have been injured or murdered as a consequence of one of these circumstances, you may be eligible to seek a range of legal options. If you were not at fault for an accident, you should immediately call a car accident attorney in Chicago.

If you are harmed in one of these avoidable automobile accidents in Illinois, you have the right to seek justice and full and fair compensation, especially if the accident was caused by another driver’s negligence or inattention. Recovering significant financial compensation from the drivers or insurance companies responsible for these collisions can be extremely complex and challenging without the assistance of an experienced attorney; therefore, Illinois accident victims should seek legal counsel as soon as possible after their collision.

  • "Excellent Law Firm!"

I cannot recommend D&W Law Group enough. From the moment I met the team, I felt confident that I was in good hands. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. My attorneys fought the insurance company, and we settled my case without having to go to court. Excellent law firm!

  • "Great Settlement"

When I had my accident, the insurance company dragged its feet. I tried to handle the case on my own. I am so glad I decided to hire D&W Law Group. They kept my case moving, and I was awarded a great settlement. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do I will call them.
