Chicago-area Car Accidents

In Illinois, around 96,000 people were wounded or died in traffic accidents in 2017. There were about a thousand of these occurrences, and nearly 970 individuals perished as a consequence. Reportedly, excessive speed, impaired driving, and collisions with immovable objects are the three major causes of fatal automobile accidents.

The majority of automobile collisions in and around Cook County occur at high-traffic intersections. Recent state statistics indicate that more than a quarter of all vehicle accidents in Illinois occur in the Chicago metropolitan region.

Any monetary costs incurred as a consequence of a traffic collision that might have been prevented must be reimbursed by the negligent driver. Regardless of how the dialogue concludes, one reality remains. In addition to coping with the stress and agony of mental suffering, patients must also deal with the stress and agony of rising medical bills, serious injuries, and other financial concerns.

If you or a loved one have been harmed by one of these illnesses, you may be entitled to pursue legal action. If you have been wounded in a vehicle accident that was not your fault in Chicago, you should immediately consult with an attorney.

In Illinois, if you are wounded in an automobile accident that was someone else’s responsibility, you have the legal right to seek compensation from the at-fault motorist. Accident victims in Illinois should see an attorney as soon as possible after an accident, since delaying might make it more difficult to negotiate a reasonable settlement with the at-fault drivers and their insurance companies.

  • "Excellent Law Firm!"

I cannot recommend D&W Law Group enough. From the moment I met the team, I felt confident that I was in good hands. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. My attorneys fought the insurance company, and we settled my case without having to go to court. Excellent law firm!

  • "Great Settlement"

When I had my accident, the insurance company dragged its feet. I tried to handle the case on my own. I am so glad I decided to hire D&W Law Group. They kept my case moving, and I was awarded a great settlement. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do I will call them.
