Serious Traffic Crashes in Chicago

Statistics show that each year there are approximately 95,000 car accidents in Illinois. More than 920 separate events caused the deaths of around 1,010. Drunk driving, collisions with stationary objects, and high speeds account for the majority of fatalities in automotive accidents.

Most fatal and serious injury accidents in Cook County have occurred on or near major thoroughfares. According to newly released data for the state of Illinois, the greater Chicago metropolitan area accounts for more than a quarter of all traffic incidents.

Victims of car accidents often find themselves footing the tab for another driver’s negligence. The excessive cost of treatment compounds the problem, on top of the patient’s physical and emotional suffering as a result of the incident.

Victims may be eligible to compensate for the mental anguish caused by the disaster or the unjustifiable loss of a loved one. Contact a Chicago automobile accident attorney without delay if you’ve been hurt in an accident that wasn’t your fault.

  • "Excellent Law Firm!"

I cannot recommend D&W Law Group enough. From the moment I met the team, I felt confident that I was in good hands. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. My attorneys fought the insurance company, and we settled my case without having to go to court. Excellent law firm!

  • "Great Settlement"

When I had my accident, the insurance company dragged its feet. I tried to handle the case on my own. I am so glad I decided to hire D&W Law Group. They kept my case moving, and I was awarded a great settlement. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do I will call them.
