Chicagoland Traffic Accidents

Approximately 90,000 or more people were killed or injured in motor vehicle accidents in Illinois in 2017. There were probably a thousand of these instances, and as a consequence, perhaps 970 individuals died. According to studies, driving under the influence, excessive speed, and collisions with immovable objects are the three major causes of death in automobile accidents.

The bulk of traffic collisions in Cook County and the surrounding area occur at intersections. According to statistics from the most recent year, more than a quarter of all auto accidents in Illinois occur in the Chicago metropolitan region.

If you were harmed in an accident that might have been avoided, the motorist at fault should pay for your medical expenses. Patients must face the emotional pain of their injuries as well as the stress and unhappiness of contemplating how they will pay their hospital expenses, medical fees, and other connected charges.

You may be eligible to bring a case if you or a loved one have been hurt as a consequence of one of these conditions. If you were wounded in an automobile accident that was not your fault in Chicago, you should immediately see an attorney.

In Illinois, you may file a claim for personal injury against the negligent motorist who caused your injuries. Accident victims in Illinois should contact an attorney as soon as possible after an accident since doing so may expedite settlement talks with the at-fault party and their insurer.

  • "Excellent Law Firm!"

I cannot recommend D&W Law Group enough. From the moment I met the team, I felt confident that I was in good hands. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. My attorneys fought the insurance company, and we settled my case without having to go to court. Excellent law firm!

  • "Great Settlement"

When I had my accident, the insurance company dragged its feet. I tried to handle the case on my own. I am so glad I decided to hire D&W Law Group. They kept my case moving, and I was awarded a great settlement. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do I will call them.
