Motorcycle Crash Deaths in Illinois

Motorcycle accidents are all too common in the state of Illinois, especially in crowded metropolitan areas like Chicago. Tragically, many people are seriously hurt or killed in such accidents. Tragically, recent statistics from the Illinois Department of Transportation show that close to 80% of motorcycle accidents lead to serious injuries.

Thirty percent or more of wounded motorcyclists suffer permanent, life-altering disabilities. As a result of injuries incurred in accidents like these, many motorcyclists tragically lose their lives. In comparison to cars, motorcycles are much less well-equipped to protect their riders from potential dangers.

When these people are murdered in an accident that wasn’t their fault, it causes tremendous emotional and financial strain on their loved ones. The good news is that you may have legal options if you or a loved one were hurt in a motorbike accident that was someone else’s fault. I cannot recommend D&W Law Group enough. From the moment I met the team, I felt confident that I was in good hands. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. My attorneys fought the insurance company, and we settled my case without having to go to court. Excellent law firm!

  • "Great Settlement"

When I had my accident, the insurance company dragged its feet. I tried to handle the case on my own. I am so glad I decided to hire D&W Law Group. They kept my case moving, and I was awarded a great settlement. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do I will call them.
