Chicago, IL (June 21, 2022) – On Tuesday afternoon, June 20, authorities in the Chicago suburb of Homer Glen reported that two individuals were killed and numerous more people were wounded in a major multi-vehicle collision.
On Tuesday around 5:25 p.m., deputies with the Will County Sheriff’s Department were sent to the accident, which took place at the junction of 143rd Street and Kings Road.
According to authorities, three automobiles were involved in the collision. Initial investigations show that one of the cars crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with the other two vehicles. Police added that one male and one female perished in the accident, while three others were sent to area hospitals in serious condition.
